MUSICAL EDUCATION:            4 years classical training at The Baharin Institute of Music + 5 Jazz and Classical theory studies at Pittsburgh State University

MUSICAL ACHIEVEMENTS:    Played Guitar & Vocals for the following bands: Iron Fist (USA), K9 (USA), Deemun (USA), Requiem (Bahrain), Osiris (Bahrain), Hard To Handle (Bahrain), Relayer (UK) and Savage (UK).

Produced, Arranged and Composed 5 solo CDs… as well as numerous releases with bands mentioned above. Produced countless radio ads. 

Performed as a “live” dj in events such as: fuel, Re-Fuel, UDJB and Regata Musical Festival (UK).

Produced/presented Radio shows since 1986  to date (Pittsburgh College Radio,  ROK FM, MBC FM and Radio Bahrain.

FAVOURITE STYLES OF MUSIC:           Rock, Blues, Jazz, Classical, Funk, Electronica and… (gulp!)… some POP music.

FAVOURITE BANDS/ARTISTS:     The Beatles, Led Zepplin, W.A. Mozart, Rory Gallgher, Metallica, Jethro Tull, Ravi Shankar… and a few dozen more.

YOUR FOOTBALL TEAM:             The mighty blues… CHELSEA! CHELSEA!

FAVOURITE FILM: The Lord Of the Rings Trilogy, Star Wars saga, Steven Spielberg films and anything by Alfred Hitchcock

FAVOURITE  COUNTRIES: Bahrain, Ireland, Holland and Thailand

HOBBIES:       Football, Classic Horror Films, Annoying people, surfing the internet and generally having a good time.

PET HATES AND DISLIKES:      Posers, bad drivers, bad DJ’s, brainless TV shows like Big Brother, and people who can’t/won’t face the truth.

PROFFESIONAL AMBITION:              Produce as much quality output as humanly (in my case inhumanly) possible. Also, in the future maybe host a call-in show to discuss social topics.
